气固两相穿越液池过程颗粒运动分布特性研究

摘要 为了掌握气固两相穿越液池的气固分离过程中气、液、固三相流动特征,从而获得颗粒在液池中的分布规律,通过实验和数值模拟方法,对液池内颗粒运动进行研究。研究发现:颗粒在液池中表现出波动性的分布规律;粒径≤15μm颗粒在液池中以悬浮运动为主,50μm粒径是颗粒沉降和悬浮的临界直径,粒径≥100μm颗粒在液池中则以自由沉降运动为主,且主要集中分布在液池底部;随着下降管浸没深度的增大,直径为10μm颗粒在液池高度方向上体积分数基本保持不变;入口流速的增大,对小粒径颗粒在液池中的分布影响显著,而对大粒径颗粒影响不大。 In order to master the characteristics of gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow in gas-solid two-phase flow through liquid pool,the distribution of particles in liquid pool was obtained. The movement of particles in liquid pool was studied by experiment and numerical simulation. The results found that the particles exhibited fluctuating distribution in the liquid pool,particles with a particle size of 15 μm and below were suspended in the liquid pool,the critical diameter of particles settlement and suspension was 50 μm,particles with a particle size of 100 μm and above were free settling in the liquid pool,and mainly concentrated in the bottom of the pool. With the increase of the depth of the descending tube,the volume fraction of particles with 10 μm diameter in the height direction of the liquid pool remained basically unchanged,with the increase of the inlet flow rate,the distribution of small particle size particles in the liquid pool had a significant effect,but little effect on the large particle size.
