气液比与光强对小球藻净化沼气及去除沼液污染物效果的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF INFLUENT GAS-LIGUID RATIO ON INTEGRAL BIOGAS UPGRADING AND POLLUTANT REMOVAL FROM ANAEROBIC EFFLUENTS BY MICROALGA CHLORELLA SP. UNDER VARIOUS LIGHT INTENSITIES

摘要 研究了沼气、沼液比(G/L)与光强条件变化对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)净化沼气、处理沼液效果的影响。实验结果表明,中、低光强条件比高光强更有利于小球藻的生长。在沼气净化与沼液中污染物的去除过程中,最佳G/L比为7∶1,最佳光强(中等光强)为120~140μmol/(m^2·s)。在此最佳条件下,COD、TN和TP的去除率可达(83.62±4.17)%、(80.29±3.54)%和(74.08±5.06)%;此时沼气中CH_4体积分数为(95.21±2.94)%。 The effect of gas-liquid( G/L) ratio on biogas upgrading and biogas slurry purification by Chlorella sp. culturing under various light intensities and using biogas slurry as nutrient medium was evaluated. Low and moderate light intensities resulted in better microalgae growth than high light intensity. The best G/L ratio for both biogas upgrading and biogas slurry pollutant removal was 7 ∶ 1 at a moderate light intensity ranging from 120 to 140 μmol/( m^2·s). Under this condition,the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and CH4 content were( 83. 62 ± 4. 17) %,( 80. 29 ± 3. 54) %,( 74. 08 ± 5. 06) % and( 95. 21 ± 2. 94) %,respectively.
