消栓肠溶胶囊及前列地尔联合常规疗法治疗急性后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效观察

Clinical observations on effect of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule and alprostadil combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemia vertigo

目的探讨消栓肠溶胶囊及前列地尔联合常规疗法治疗急性后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将收治的急性后循环缺血性眩晕患者216例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各108例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予消栓肠溶胶囊及前列地尔治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率90.74%,对照组总有效率76.85%,观察组疗效优于对照组。治疗后,两组各指标均明显改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组未出现明显药物不良反应,观察组2例患者出现皮肤紫癜、瘙痒等过敏反应,停药后均自行消退。结论消栓肠溶胶囊及前列地尔联合常规疗法治疗急性后循环缺血性眩晕疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule and alprostadil combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 216 cases of patients with acute posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were divided randomly into two groups with 108 cases in each group.Conventional treatment were given for the patients in the control group and Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule combined with alprostadil treatments based on the conventional treatment were given in the observation group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.74%,and was better than 76.85%in the control group.After treatment,the indicators of the two groups were significantly improved;the indicators in the observation group were better than those of the control group;the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reactions of drug in the control group.Two cases in the observation group had anaphylactoid reactions,such as purpura and pruritus.Symptoms subsided spontaneously after withdrawal.Conclusion Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule and alprostadil combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemia vertigo has significant clinical curative effect and less adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
