肾上腺神经节瘤36例临床分析

Clinical analysis of adrenal ganglioneuroma: a report of 36 cases

目的探讨肾上腺神经节瘤的临床特点以提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2012-01—2016-01诊治的36例肾上腺神经节瘤的临床资料。结果 1例放弃治疗自行出院,6例行开放手术,29例行后腹腔镜切除。术中血压均无明显波动,术后病理检查:伴低钾血症患者为皮质腺瘤为主,右肾上腺神经节瘤。余均诊为肾上腺神经节瘤。患者术前症状均消失。患者术后门诊复查l^4 a,未见肿瘤复发或转移。1例高血压改善不明显,余患者均康复。结论肾上腺神经节瘤是一种良性的肾上腺肿瘤,其主要靠影像学检查和病理检查诊断,手术是主要治疗手段,大部分患者可完全康复。

Objective To explore the clinical features of adrenal ganglion tumors to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma treated by our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results One case gave up treatment and 6 cases received open surgery and 29 cases underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic excision. There was no obvious fluctuation in blood pressure during operation. Pathological examination after operation showed that the patients with hypokalemia were mainly cortical adenoma. Right adrenal ganglion cell neuroma. All the patients were diagnosed as adrenal ganglioneuroma. The symptoms disappeared before operation. Conclusion Adrenal cell neuroma is a benign adrenal tumor,which relies mainly on imaging examination and pathological examination,and surgery is the main treatment,and most patients recover fully.
