经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者48例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法对48例腰椎间盘突出症患者实施经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗。回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果本组手术时间42~85 min,术中出血量21~53 m L,术后下床活动时间22~75 h,住院时间4~7 d。依据疗效评判标准:本组优22例,良18例,可6例,差2例。优良率为83.33%(40/48)。随访1 a,疼痛、功能障碍评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后出现2例一过性神经麻痹,未予处理,3 d后自行消退。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后可早期下床活动,可显著改善患者的疼痛及功能障碍,有利于促进患者康复。
