不同方式治疗多发脑动脉瘤效果分析被引量：2

摘要目的比较显微开颅夹闭术和血管内介入栓塞术治疗多发脑动脉瘤(IMA)的效果。方法选取2014-01—2017-03间郑州市第一人民医院收治的86例IMA患者,根据手术方式不同分为2组,各43例。对照组行显微开颅夹闭术,观察组行血管内介入栓塞术。比较2组治疗效果及并发症发生率。术后随访6个月,比较2组GOS预后评分改善情况。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,并发症率低于对照组,GOS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内介入栓塞治疗IMA,并发症发生率低,疗效显著。
