结直肠腺癌中DNA结合/分化抑制蛋白-1和血管内皮生长因子-C的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测结直肠腺癌中DNA结合/分化抑制蛋白(ID)-1和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C的表达,关注其相关性。方法 67例结直肠腺癌的临床资料及术后留取的石蜡标本为观察组,45例距肿物边缘>8 cm的非肿瘤性结肠黏膜组织的石蜡标本为对照组,应用免疫组化二步法检测两组ID-1和VEGF-C表达。结果两组ID-1和VEGF-C表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),观察组中ID-1和VEGF-C表达与病变增殖指数、脉管累犯和淋巴结转移密切相关,ID-1表达与肿瘤分化程度和浸润深度密切相关。相关分析显示观察组中ID-1和VEGF-C表达呈正相关。结论 ID-1和VEGF-C在结直肠腺癌术后组织中表达明显升高,对肿瘤的形成和发展有一定调节作用。ID-1与淋巴管生长因子可能有一定协同作用。
