摘要
"回忆的模仿"指文学的模仿和诗意两方面的特质。在文学文本中,"回忆不可能真正被仿造",而可以通过叙述技巧的运用得以演示。美国华裔作家伍慧明通过小说《骨》之"回忆的模仿"演绎了"黄色太平洋的故事",动态再现美国华裔跨越大洋的杂糅文化身份的生产。小说以富有象征意义的"骨"之意象贯穿家园空间,并以此为切入口,采用记忆、空间、后殖民等跨学科交叉视角,沿着小说《骨》中对"回忆的模仿"的演示,探析作为散居族裔的梁家两代美国华裔移民文化身份的生产过程——从"华裔移民共同体"的"同一"身份构建、夹在"源文化"与"现文化"之间"分裂身份"的创伤到"杂糅身份"的缝合,其间隐含的是美国华裔"朝内航行"后殖民抵抗策略的构建与运用。
Imitation of Memory refers to "the two traits of literary imitation and poetry". In the works of literature, "it is impossible to duplicate the memory exactly", whereas the memory can be demonstrated through application of narrative skills. This thesis takes home with the symbolic image of "bone" as a point of departure and offers an interdisciplinary perspective of memory, space and postcolonialism for exploration of the identity production theme of Asian American culture pursued by Liang' s two generations as diaspora. The production process ranges from " Oneness" identity construction of Asian Immigration Community, trauma formation of Split Identity due to the conflict between source culture and target culture to stitching of Mixed Identity, which also implies the invisible construction and application of Asian American Postcolonial Resistance strategy of "The Voyage In".
