“公众参与工程”的形态路径研究——以九江石化反PX项目为例 被引量:9

Research on Morphological Path of “Public Participation in Engineering”: Taking the Project of Jiujiang Petrochemical AntiPX as an Example

摘要 随着现代社会的发展,工程实践的复杂性日益凸显。在当代工程的社会治理中,公众作为重要的参与方,其重要作用不容忽视。在近几年的PX群体事件中,公众成为主角,由此带来的是公众在整个工程实践中的参与问题。探索公众如何参与工程的形态路径应该引起社会的广泛关注。在这项工作上,中石化九江分公司是一个典型案例。通过探讨其"公众参与工程"的形态路径:公众理解工程——公众融入工程实践——公众反馈评估,为未来公众参与工程提供一些方法层面的启示。 With the development of modern society, the complexity of engineering practice has become increasingly prominent. In the social governance of contemporary engineering, the public has become an important participant with its position and role. Exploring the path of public participation in engineering should be emphasized. In recent years, the public has become the protagonist in the PX incident, which, led to the problems of participation in the engineering practice. In this work, Sinopec Jiujiang is a typical case. By discussing the path of its "public participation in engineering" : public understanding of engineering-public participation in engineering practice-public assessment, we can conclude some methodological implications for the further public participation.
