摘要HBV感染已成为危害人类健康的重要疾病,持续HBV感染易导致肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌的发生。2015年更新的《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》提出,对于部分适合的慢性乙型肝炎（chronic viral hepatitis type B,CHB）患者应尽可能达到临床治愈[1]。目前聚乙二醇干扰素（Peg-IFN）、核苷（酸）类似物（NAs）抗病毒是CHB的主要治疗策略.
