山东疫苗案背景下影响儿童家长预防接种信任度相关因素分析

The Influencing Factors on Vaccination Credibility Among Children Parents Under the Background of Illegal Vaccine Sales in Shandong Province

目的了解山东疫苗案背景下儿童家长预防接种的信任度及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方式,在成都市高新区的52个社区中各随机入户调查10名儿童家长,共520人。以家长预防接种信任度作为结局变量,人口学特征、对案件及结果的知晓情况、预防接种知识、预防接种服务等作为自变量,探讨事件后影响儿童家长预防接种信任度的相关因素。结果 520名家长的预防接种信任度为64.33%(平均分/满分)。是否知晓山东疫苗案人群信任度差异无统计学意义,是否知道山东疫苗案结论的两类人群信任度差异有统计学意义(P=0.011),知晓山东疫苗案结论人群的信任度高于不知晓人群。影响家长预防接种信任度的因素有:居住属性、文化水平、阅读并签署知情同意书、预防接种医护态度和从家到预防接种门诊所需时间。结论应提高公众对预防接种的知识储备,以提升家长应对危机的能力;提高预防接种服务质量和经费投入,并持续监测公众对预防接种信任度的变化,逐步恢复公众对预防接种的信任度和信心。

Objective To analyze the vaccination credibility among children parents under the background of illegal vaccine sales（ IVS） in Shandong province as well as its influencing factors. Methods A total of 520 children were evenly and randomly selected from 52 communities at high-tech zone in Chengdu,and their parents were interviewed by means of questionnaires. The vaccination credibility was taken as the dependent variable,and the demographic characteristics,the awareness of the case and the results,the knowledge of vaccination and vaccination services as independent variables. The influencing factors on vaccination credibility among children parents were discussed. Results 520 parents had a vaccination credibility of 64. 33%（ average/full score）. People who knew about IVS in Shandong had higher credibility than those who did not.The factors influencing the vaccination credibility included residential type, educational background, reading and signing informed consents,vaccination doctors ＇ attitude and the time needed from home to the vaccination outpatient clinic. Conclusion The knowledge of vaccination needs to be improved among the public,in order to enhance the ability to deal with similar events. It is also suggested that the quality of vaccination services and its funds be improved. Continuous monitoring of vaccination credibility among the public is also needed so as to gradually restore the credibility and confidence.
