2009-2016年成都市锦江区麻疹流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Measles in Jinjiang District of Chengdu City From 2009 to 2016

目的分析2009-2016年成都市锦江区麻疹流行病学特征,为制定控制和消除麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对锦江区2009-2016年麻疹发病情况进行分析,发病数据以发病日期统计为准。结果成都市锦江区2009-2016年共报告麻疹病例40例,年平均发病率0.81/10万;2~5月是发病高峰,发病27例(67.50%);≤1岁儿童和15岁以上人群38例(95.00%);无免疫史和免疫史不详的38例(95.00%)。结论成都市锦江区在加强适龄儿童常规免疫接种的同时,应高度重视8月龄以下儿童和15岁以上成人人群麻疹疫情的控制,加强传染病宣传教育,必要时根据疫情形势针对15岁以上人群接种含麻疹成分疫苗,提高人群免疫水平,以达到锦江区控制和消除麻疹的目的。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Jinjiang District from 2009 to2016,and to provide a scientific evidence for the control and elimination of measles. Methods Occurrence of measles in Jinjiang District from 2009 to 2016 was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology,and the incidence data were based on the statistics on the date of onset. Results A total of 40 cases were reported in Jinjiang District from 2009 to 2016,and the average annual incidence rate was 0. 81/105; the peak time was February to May,and the number of cases was 27（ 67. 50%）; the cases involved 38（ 95. 00%） people aged ≤ 1 years and 15 years; in 38（ 95. 00%） patients the history of immunization was unknown or immunization had not been performed. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the control of epidemics of measles among children under 8 months old and adults over 15 years of age,while strengthening the routine vaccination among school-age children. Publicity and education on infectious diseases should be enhanced. If necessary,adults over 15 years of age should be immunized with measles vaccine according to the epidemic situation to improve the immunity level of the population so as to control and eliminate measles in our district.
