摘要
目的了解重庆市疾病预防控制机构食品中的蛋白质、镉的检测能力,确保监测数据具有一定的准确性、可靠性和可比性。方法组织重庆市39个区县疾病预防控制机构参加食品中的蛋白质、镉检测的质量控制考核,采用计算稳健Z比分数(Z)的统计方法对检测结果进行分析。结果 39个区县疾病预防控制机构反馈率100%。蛋白质检测质量控制考核满意率84.6%、可疑率10.3%、不满意率5.13%;镉检测质量控制考核满意率79.5%、可疑率7.69%、不满意率12.8%;两个参数均满意的机构占69.2%。结论重庆市疾病预防控制机构食品中蛋白质、镉的检测能力有待提高。
Objective To investigate the capability of disease prevention and control institutions in Chongqing in determination of protein and cadmium in food and ensure monitoring data are sufficiently accurate,reliable and comparable. Methods Thirty nine disease control and prevention institutions at the county/district level in Chongqing received quality control appraisal on determination of protein and cadmium in food,and the results were statistically analyzed by robust Z score method. Results All of the 39 disease prevention and control institutions at the county/district level responded. The proportions of satisfactory,suspected and unsatisfactory results in quality control of protein determination were 84. 6%,10. 3% and 5. 13%, respectively; the proportions of satisfactory,suspected and unsatisfactory results in quality control of cadmium determination were79. 5%,7. 69% and 12. 8%,respectively. Institutions giving satisfactory results in both items accounted for69. 2%. Conclusion Capabilities of disease prevention and control institutions in Chongqing in determination of protein and cadmium in food need to be improved.
