绵阳市游仙区口腔卫生资源现状及居民满意度调查

The Oral Health Resources and the Residents' Satisfaction of Dental Service in Youxian District of Mianyang City

目的了解四川省绵阳市游仙区的口腔医疗机构基本情况、口腔卫生人力资源配置现状以及该区居民对口腔健康和口腔服务的满意度,为进一步提升口腔卫生服务能力提供科学依据。方法使用四川省人民医院科教中心科技惠民计划项目基线调查表,对游仙区口腔医疗机构和社区居民进行问卷调查。结果游仙区现有医疗机构132所,开设口腔科医疗机构31所,占总数的23.48%,其中公立医疗机构11家,包括3个社区卫生服务中心、8个卫生院;口腔私人诊所20家。全区有口腔执业医师28人,口腔执业助理医师14人。近三年,游仙区口腔科年门诊人次数、口腔医疗设备总值、口腔医疗年收入及年支出均呈逐年递增趋势。游仙区居民对现有口腔医疗就诊环境及口腔医疗水平的平均满意度为20%和19.1%。结论游仙区口腔服务人力资源严重不足,口腔疾病诊疗环境较差;居民有较大并快速增长的口腔健康需求,对口腔服务满意度不高。建议通过相关项目的带动及政府投入,加大设备配置及人员培训,解决基层群众对口腔服务的需求增长与基层口腔服务能力较低的矛盾,为提高群众口腔健康状况奠定基础。

Objective To understand the basic situation of oral medical institutions in Youxian District,Mianyang City,Sichuan Province,and the status of human resource allocation in oral health; And to understand the residents＇ satisfaction of oral health and dental service,and provide scientific basis for further improving oral health service ability. Methods Baseline questionnaire of science and technology Huimin project of the department of science and education of Sichuan provincial people＇s hospital were used to investigate on oral medical institutions and community residents in Xianyou area. Results There were 132 medical institutions and31 oral medical institutions in Youxian District,accounting for 23. 48% of the total,including 11 public medical institutions,including 3 community health service centers,8 health clinics,and 20 dental clinics.There were 28 oral practitioners in this district,14 oral practice assistants,and in the past three years,the number of outpatient visits,the total amount of oral medical equipment,the annual income of oral medical care and annual expenditure were increasing year by year. The average satisfaction of the residents in the area of the existing oral clinic was 20% and 19. 1%,respectively. Conclusion There is a severe shortage of human resources for oral service in this area and poor treatment of oral diseases. Residents have large and rapidly growing oral health needs,and low oral service satisfaction. Equipment configuration and personnel training should be increased,by relevant project and government investment,to improve the oral health status.
