基于Web of Science数据库对我国肿瘤护理科研论著的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Chinese Cancer Nursing Based on Web of Science

目的分析我国肿瘤护理研究现状和研究热点,为我国肿瘤护理提供参考和建议。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库,检索时间为2017-03-28。应用文献计量学及社会网络分析方法,分析该领域研究的年载文量、被引情况、核心期刊、核心机构、主要基金资助机构、核心作者以及研究热点等。结果共检索到396篇文献,载文量呈现逐年上升趋势,我国相关论文平均被引频次低于世界平均水平。影响因子大于2的3种核心期刊分别是International Journal of Nursing Studies,Oncology Nursing Forum和Cancer Nursing。核心机构均为台湾和香港地区研究机构,台湾"科学委员会"和国家自然科学基金委员会2个基金资助机构资助的该领域科研论文数量位居前列,14位核心作者均来自港台地区。我国肿瘤护理研究热点主要为:(1)晚期癌症患者放化疗的临床护理实践及管理;(2)通过疲劳、焦虑和抑郁等量表可行性研究,建立晚期癌症患者科学评价体系,提高患者生命质量。结论内地肿瘤护理研究起步较晚,尚处于初级阶段,与港台地区差距较大。内地肿瘤护理研究者应借鉴港台和国外先进理论和技术,发展适合内地肿瘤患者的护理管理方法。

Objective To analyze the current status and focus of cancer nursing in China,and to provide references and suggestions for the cancer nursing. Methods We searched the Web of Science database,and the searching time is March 28,2017. The literature metrology and social network analysis were used to analyze the annual amount of papers,citation frequency,core journal,core institutions,the major funding agencies,core authors and highlights of correlative research in China. Results A total of 396 papers were retrieved. The amount of papers showed a trend of rising year by year. The average citation frequency is less than the world average. Three core journals with influence factors of more than 2 were International Journal of Nursing Studies,Oncology Nursing Forum and Cancer Nursing. Core institutions are coming from both Taiwan and Hong Kong areas. ＂National Science Council＂ of Taiwan and National Natural Science Foundation of China funded the number of research papers in the forefront of the cancer nursing of China. All of core authors come from Taiwan and Hong Kong areas. The main focus of cancer nursing research in China are：（1） Clinical nursing practice and management of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced cancer patients;（2） To establish a scientific evaluation system for advanced cancer patients and improve the lift quality of patients with fatigue,anxiety and depression. Conclusion Correlative research starts late in China's Mainland,which is in primary stage. There is a larger gap comparing to Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. Mainland cancer nursing researchers should learn the advanced theory and technology from Hong Kong,Taiwan and foreign countries,to promote the methods of nursing management adjusting to cancer patients of China's Mainland.
