摘要
编制海域价格指数是研究海域价格变化的重要手段。本文创新的构建了海域价格指数方法体系,并对其计算模型进行了建设填海造地用海的实证分析,设想建立海域价格监测体系并依托我国海域使用动态监视监测管理系统实现海域价格指数的编制及应用。
Sea-area price index is very important in helping people to identify the change of sea-area price. This paper gives a clear idea about the Sea-area price index methodology innovatively,and calculates the Sea-area price index of the reclamation as an example. Then the paper proposes drawing up the sea-area price index as well as the application by the Sea Area Use Dynamic monitoring system.
