基于工业4.0智能制药实训室的建设研究

工业4.0带来智能化制药变革,借鉴工业4.0智能化制药的经验成果,结合职业教育本身,积极探索建设智能化制药实训室,满足新型人才的培养要求。以安瓿水针制剂的生产为研究范本,从智能化制药、智能制药实训室的规划建设和价值未来三方面进行研究。通过组成关键的局部信息物理系统,借助物联网构建六大生产要素,并通过制造执行管理系统和质量管理系统智能管理,从而实现建设智能制药实训室的构想。建设智能制药实训室的内在需求和外延价值均具有积极意义,机遇与挑战并存,为教育装备和实训教学的前沿研究提供新思路。
