射干及炮制品对大鼠血清生化指标影响 被引量:6

Effect of Belamcanda Chinensis and Processed Products on Serum Biochemical Indexes in Rats

摘要 目的:通过测定急性炎症模型大鼠血清中与肝脾相关的生化指标含量,结合中药药性理论探讨射干及炮制品的肝脾毒副作用。方法:给予大鼠射干及炮制品提取物7 d,用角叉菜胶复制大鼠足肿胀炎症模型,在观察炎症指标基础上,测定大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿酸(UA)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)含量,对射干的肝脾毒副作用进行分析。结果:射干组大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量显著高于空白组(P〈0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量显著低于空白组(P〈0.05);炮制品组大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量与射干组比较显著降低(P〈0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论:射干及炮制品对大鼠血清中生化指标有影响,射干堇竹叶炮制后具有减毒作用。 Objective :By measuring the biochemical indicators in serum,liver and spleen related to the acute inflammatory model of rat,exploring the toxic side effect of Belamcanda chinensis and its processed products combined with the theory of medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods :The rats were given the extract of Belamcanda chinensis and its processed products for 7 days,then replicated the foot swollen inflammatory model of rats with anglefork,and by determing the aspertate aminotransferase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase enzyme,uric acid,glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol,albumin,the total protein in rat serum,the adverse effects of liver and spleen were analyzed. Results :The content of AST and ALT in rats serum of Belamcanda chinensis group were significantly higher than the blank group(P〈0.05);TG was significantly lower than the blank group(P〈0.05);The content of AST and ALT in rats serum of the processed groups were significantly lower than the Belamcanda chinensis group(P〈0.05),and TG was on the contrary(P〈0.05). Conclusion :Belamcanda chinensis and its processed products have influence on the biochemical indexes in serum of rats,the processed with pansy bamboo leaves have the effect of reducing toxicity.
