中西医镇痛措施与骨折术后镇痛方式选择研究

Study of Chinese and Western Medicine Analgesia Measures and Choice of Postoperative Fracture Analgesia

目前多数骨折术后患者面临着剧烈的疼痛,术后不同程度的疼痛对于患者心理、生理及术后康复常产生不利影响。随着中医中药的不断发展,中医诊疗技术逐渐运用于骨折术后镇痛。该文将对常用的中西医镇痛方式作一综述,以了解不同镇痛措施在骨折术后中的运用现状,探讨中医诊疗方法在骨折术后镇痛中的优势。

At present,most patients with fracture are faced with severe pain,and the different degree of pain after surgery can have adverse effects on psychological,physical and postoperative recovery. This paper will review the commonly used methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine analgesia in order to understand the application status of different analgesic measures in fracture surgery,and discuss the advantages of TCM diagnosis and treatment methods in postoperative analgesia.
