射干传统和潜在功用考察分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Traditional and the Potential Function of Belamcanda Chinensis

通过历代本草学文献、古代方剂文献与现代国家药典一部的比较研究,可以确认,射干传统功能的核心部分已被当今国家药典一部所收载,而射干治疗目疾、水肿、脚气病、月经不调、伤寒、口疮、舌疾、肝实、虚劳、阴阳毒、皮肤病、血证等现今未收录。由配伍射干古代方剂的病证分布可提炼出利水、逐瘀、通经、明目、平喘、消食、化湿、利大小便等多种功能,是否为射干的功能尚需实验研究和临床研究予以确认。

To compare herbalogy literature through the ages,ancient prescription literature and modern nationalpharmacopoeia,we can confirm that the core of the traditional functions about Belamcanda chinensishave been recorded in modern national pharmacopoeia. But Belamcanda chinensis＇ seffects in treating eye diseases,edema,beriberi,irregular menstruation,fever,mouth sores,tongue disease,solid liver,deficiency of Yin and Yang Poison,skin disease,blood trouble and so on,were notincluded nowadays. By analysing the syndrome of the compatibility in ancient prescriptions including belamcanda chinensis,some functions can be extracted,such as clearing damp and promoting diuresis,dispel static blood stimulating the menstrual flow,improving acuity of vision,relieving asthma,helping digestion,resolving dampness,relieving the bowls. Whether Belamcanda chinensis has those functions need to be confirmed through empirical study and clinical research.
