活血化瘀汤联合抑那通对子宫内膜异位症术后卵巢功能及血清EMAb、MMP-9、TIMP-1、APN水平影响

Effects of Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with Enantone on Ovarian Function and Serum EMAb,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and APN Levels after Endometriosis

目的：探讨活血化瘀汤联合抑那通对子宫内膜异位症术后卵巢功能及血清EMAb、MMP-9、TIMP-1、APN水平的影响。方法：选择2015年9月—2017年9月接诊的74例子宫内膜异位症患者,按随机数表法分为观察组及对照组各37例。对照组使用抑那通进行治疗,观察组在此基础上,加用活血化瘀汤进行治疗。比较两组的卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、促黄体生成素（LH）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAb）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1（TIMP-1）、脂联素（APN）水平。结果：治疗后,观察组FSH、LH水平低于对照组[（20.44±1.74）U/L vs（28.55±1.93）U/L,（21.28±2.13）U/L vs（25.25±2.18）U/L]（P〈0.05）;观察组E2水平高于对照组[（250.12±7.77）pmol/L vs（174.78±8.16）pmol/L]（P〈0.05）;观察组血清EMAb阳性率低于对照组[10（27.03%）vs 22（59.46%）]（P〈0.05）;观察组MMP-9、TIMP-1水平低于对照组[（125.39±30.29）pg/mL vs（220.77±36.12）pg/mL,（131.32±18.02）pg/mL vs（147.76±17.98）pg/mL]（P〈0.05）;观察组APN水平高于对照组[（12.02±2.97）pg/mL vs（9.19±2.92）pg/mL]（P〈0.05）。结论：活血化瘀汤联合抑那通治疗子宫内膜异位症可有效改善内异症患者卵巢功能,促进血清EMAb转阴,调节MMP-9、TIMP-1和APN水平,改善炎症反应,疗效安全可靠,值得应用推广。

Objective ：To study the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with enantone on ovarian function and serum levels of EMAb,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and APN in patients with endometriosis. Methods ：74 patients with endometriosis who were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were divided into two groups ：observation group and control group according to random number table method the control group was treated with enantone. On the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction. Then follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,estradiol（E2）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,anti-endometrial antibodies（EAMb）,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）,matrix metalloproteinase tissue inhibitor-1（TIMP-1）and adiponectin were compared. Results ：After treatment,The levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[（20.44±1.74）U/L vs（28.55±1.93）U/L,（21.28±2.13）U/L vs（25.25±2.18）U/L]（P〈0.05）. The levels of E2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[（250.12±7.77）pmol/L vs（174.78±8.16）pmol/L]（P〈0.05）. The positive rate of serum EMAb in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[10（27.03%）vs 22（59.46%）]（P〈0.05）. The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[（125.39±30.29）pg/mL vs（220.77±36.12）pg/mL,（131.32±18.02）pg/mL vs（147.76±17.98）pg/mL]（P〈0.05）. The level of APN in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[（12.02±2.97）pg/mL vs（9.19±2.92）pg/mL]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with enantone treatment can effectively improve the ovarian function of patients with endometriosis,promote serum EMAb negative,regulate the level of MMP-9,TIMP-1 and APN,the effect of safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.
