急性踝关节扭伤综合护理研究进展

Study of Overall Nursing for Aute Ankle Sprain

讨论急性踝关节扭伤的中西医结合护理研究进展。通过数据检索、文献查阅,对近几年临床大量的研究的总结,在西医护理方面从影响踝关节恢复的原因、疼痛早期处理方法的机理及具体操作做了讲解;中医护理方面在疾病的病因病机、传统治疗护理方面做了阐述。急性期踝关节扭伤的护理尤为重要。中西医结合综合护理是踝关节损伤急性期的主要治疗方式,更多具体而行之有效的护理方案,需进一步探索和研究。

We will talk about the research progression of integrative nursing about acute ankle joint sprain. We searched the databases and articles and summarized the large amount of the clinical researches.We interpreted the factors that affected the rehabilitation of the ankle joints as well as the mechanism and manipulation of the early nursing on ankle pain from the perspective of Western medicine. Furthermore,we illustrate the cause of the disease and traditional treatment and nursing from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. The nursing of acute ankle joint sprain is very important. And the integrative nursing is the main treatment to acute ankle joint sprain. More detailed and effective nursing program on acute ankle joint sprain should be built and explored.
