摘要
石墨烯作为高导热、高导电、高比表面积的二维材料,在物理、化学等诸多领域具有重要的应用价值。目前高品质石墨烯低成本宏量制备,仍是阻碍下游产业化应用的瓶颈之一。液相剥离石墨制备石墨烯具有工艺简单、成本低、易于放大等特点,是当前规模化制备领域研究的热点。基于近年来液相剥离制备石墨烯的研究进展,综述了不同石墨烯前驱体和剥离方法对石墨烯品质、产率的影响,阐述了石墨烯宏量制备技术的发展动态。
Graphene is two-dimensional material which has high thermal conductivity,high conductivity and high specific surface area.It has potential applications in physics,chemistry and many other fields.The large scale preparation of high quality graphene at a low-cost is still a bottleneck for application in downstream industry.Therefore,the graphene preparation by exfoliating graphite in liquid is a hotspot,because of the feature of simple process,low cost,high-yield and others.The progress in graphene preparation by liquid exfoliation in recent years was reviewed,and summarized the influence of different graphene precursors and exfoliation methods on graphene's quality and yield.The recent development trends of large scale preparation of graphene was presented.
