磁场对电纺聚丙烯腈纤维聚集态结构和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 磁场辅助静电纺丝(MFAES)方法能够制备有序纳米纤维,但磁场对纤维的聚集态结构和性能的影响研究鲜见报道。研究了不同位置的磁场对聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维直径、结晶度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:针头处磁场对纤维直径影响不大,接收装置处磁场的拉伸作用使纤维直径减小;随着针头处磁场强度增大,PAN纤维结晶度增大,接收装置处磁场对纤维结晶度没有明显影响;有序纤维膜的拉伸强度显著增大,断裂伸长率下降。 Although the aligned nanofibers could be prepared by magnetic-field-assisted electrospinning(MFAES),the influence of magnetic field on aggregative state and performance of electrospinning nanofibers had been seldom reported.So the effect of magnetic field at different location on the diameter,the crystallinity and mechanical property of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofiber were described.The results were as follows:the magentic field at needle head had little effect on the diameter of PAN nanofibers,meanwhile which at receiving plate made the diameter of nanofibers decrease.The crystallinity increased with the increase of magnetizing field at needle head and was not influentdeced by magnetizing field at receiving plate.In compare to unordered nanofiber,the tensile strength increased and the elongation at break decreased for the aligned nanofibers.
