摘要
采用混合稀释剂和等规聚丙烯,通过热致相分离(TIPS)法制备聚丙烯(PP)分离膜。研究了稀释剂种类和组成,成核剂种类、含量对膜孔结构和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:混合稀释剂体系中,大豆油(SO)/邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)体系制备的分离膜微孔尺寸较小,稀释剂中DBP质量分数高于30%时,分离膜结构均匀;当成核剂己二酸质量分数从0提高到0.6%时,球晶尺寸明显缩小,同时分离膜的弹性模量从124.5MPa下降到31.1MPa,膜的断裂伸长率从13.97%增加到63.63%,而PP膜的最大拉伸强度在4.2~5.8MPa。
Polypropylene separation membrane was prepared by thermally induced phase separation method with mixed diluents and isotactic polypropylene.The effects of type and component of diluents,and type and content of nucleating agent on pore structure and mechanical properties of membrane were studied.The research results showed that the membrane prepared used SO/DBP as diluent had smaller pore size.When the content of DBP in the diluents was higher than 30%,the membrane had uniform pore structure.When the content of adipic acid increased from 0 to0.6 wt%,the size of spherulites decreased obviously.The elastic modulus of separation membrane decreased from124.5 MPa to 31.1 MPa,meanwhile the breaking elongation increased from 13.97%to 63.63%.The breaking strength of PP membranes were 4.2~5.8 MPa.
