摘要
以氧化硼(B2O3)为主要原料,氨气为反应气体,采用球磨退火法制备了氮化硼纳米管(BNNTs)。采用XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对产物进行了表征分析。结果表明,合成的BNNTs尺寸较为均匀,瓷舟内的BNNTs直径20~50nm,长度2~20μm;陶瓷基片上的BNNTs直径10~20nm,长度2~20μm。研究了BNNTs生成的反应方式及其生长过程,B2O3与氨气在高温下反应是通过气-气反应和气-固反应两种反应方式进行的,BNNTs是由氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs)卷曲连接而形成的。
Boron nitride nanotubes were synthesized by ball mill and annealing method,used boron oxide,nitrogen,ammonia as the main raw material.The products were analysized and characterized through XRD,SEM and TEM.The results showed that the diameter of nanotubes in porcelain boat were about 20~50 nm and the length were up to 2~20μm,the diameter of nanotubes on ceramic substrate were about 10~20 nm and the length were up to 2~20μm.The reactive mode and vegetation process were investigated by experiment.The conclusions were drawn from the experimental results that the boron oxide reacted with ammonia gas through gas-gas reaction and gas-solid reaction,and the boron nitride nanotubes were grown from the curly and connection of boron nitride nanosheets.
