不同分散剂及添加量对神木煤成浆性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了比较萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(萘系)、脂肪族、聚羧酸系、木质素磺酸钠4类分散剂在水煤浆制浆过程中的作用及效果,通过成浆性试验研究了不同分散剂对神木煤成浆的最高浓度、黏度和流动性的影响规律,并分析了不同添加剂的性能差异及其分散作用机理。结果表明:在分散剂添加量为0.2%时,分别使用萘系、脂肪族、聚羧酸系、木质素磺酸钠作为分散剂,制得神木煤浆最高浓度分别为65.97%、67.74%、66.54%和67.61%。不同分散剂的分散性能从优到劣为萘系、脂肪族、聚羧酸系、木质素磺酸钠,分散剂阴离子的匹配效果为磺酸基>羧基>羟基。以萘系分散剂研究分散剂添加量对神木煤水煤浆黏度的影响,发现分散剂的饱和吸附量为0.6%,随着分散剂添加量增加,水煤浆黏度降低,到达饱和吸附量后黏度反而增大。 In order to compare the effects of four dispersants of naphthalene,aliphatic,polycarboxyliate,sodium lignosulfonate dispersants during preparing the coal water slurry,the effects law of different dispersants on the highest concentration,viscosity and fluidity of Shenmu coal water slurry were carried out. The performance of different dispersants and dispersing mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that the dosage of 0. 2% of naphthalene,aliphatic,polycarboxylic acid,sodium lignosulfonate respectively,the highest concentration of Shenmu coal slurry prepared were 65.97%,67.74%,66.54% and 67.61% respectively. The dispersion properties from good to bad was naphthalene,aliphatic,polycarboxylate and sodium lignosulfonate. The matching effect of the dispersant anion was sulfonic group the best,followed by the carboxyl group,with the worst hydroxyl group. The effect of the dosage of dispersant on the viscosity of Shenmu coal water slurry was studied with naphthalene. It found that the saturated adsorption capacity of the dispersant was 0.6%. With the dosage of dispersant increased,the viscosity of coal slurry decreased and the viscosity increased after reaching the saturated adsorption capacity.
