护理干预对毛细支气管炎吸入治疗辅助效果的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervention on Bronchitis Treated by Inhalation Therapy

目的分析护理干预对毛细支气管炎吸入治疗辅助效果的临床效果。方法此次研究抽取的毛细支气管炎患者70例,收治时间为2016年7月至2017年7月,依据护理方法差异性为基准。实施常规护理的35例患者为参照组,实施护理干预的35例患者为研究组,最后对两组患者的护理效果进行判定。结果比对两组患者的喘憋持续时间、咳嗽持续时间和住院天数,研究组较比参照组更短,组间差异经证实后呈P<0.05,统计学意义存在。结论毛细支气管炎吸入治疗期间配合有效的护理干预,临床症状改善的同时可以促使患者早日康复,可在临床上进一步实践。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the effect of inhalation treatment for bronchiolitis. Methods 70 patients with bronchiolitis were selected from July 2016 to July 2017, based on the difference of nursing methods. 35 cases of routine nursing were used as reference group and 35 cases of nursing intervention were used as research group. Finally, the nursing effect of two groups of patients was determined. Results Comparison of two groups of patients with asthma, cough duration and the duration of hospitalization, the study group than the reference group is shorter, the differences between groups was confirmed by P〈0.05, there is statistical significance. Conclusion During the inhalation treatment of bronchiolitis, effective nursing intervention can help patients recover at the same time, and it can be further practiced in clinic.
