综合护理干预在心血管介入治疗中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Cardiovascular Interventional Therapy

目的探讨护理干预在心血管介入治疗患者中的效。方法随机选择我科行心血管介入治疗的120例患者,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组选取60例患者。对照组予以常规护理,干预组常规予心理、生理、环境等干预,对比两组患者的并发症发生率及护理满意度评分、两组心理状态。结果干预组患者的并发症发生率为6.00%(3/50),而对照组为30.00%(15/50)满意度评分干预组为(98.45±0.54)分,对照组护理满意度评分为(83.35±2.01)分,两组间比较P<0.05。结论对心血管介入治疗的患者实施护理干预模式具有理想效果,值得提倡。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with cardiovascular intervention. Methods 120 patients with cardiovascular intervention were randomly selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Each group was selected from 60 patients. The intervention group was given routine nursing, intervention group routine psychological, physiological, environmental and other intervention, compared the two groups of patients with complications and nursing satisfaction score, two groups of mental state. Results The complication rate was 6.0%（3/50） in the intervention group and 30%（15/50） in the control group（98.45±0.54） in the intervention group and the satisfaction score of the control group was（83.35±2.01）, compared between the two groups P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention model in patients with cardiovascular intervention has the ideal effect and is worthy of promotion.
