词频分析法在乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者护理需求中的应用

Care Needs and Word Frequency Analysis Among Hepatitis B Associated Cirrhotic Patients with Ascites

目的探讨乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者的护理需求。方法应用自行设计的开放性问卷对60例乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者进行调查,采用词频分析法研究护理需求的词频分布。结果患者主诉的词频权重排序前三名的是:乏力、腹胀、月余。患者主要困扰的词频权重排序前三名的是:腹水、肝硬化、腹胀。住院期间需要的帮助的词频权重排序前三名的是:护理、护士、治疗。患者最关注问题的词频权重排序前三名的是:症状、改善、经济。患者心中的好护士品质的词频权重排序前三名的是:患者、耐心、护士。患者心中的坏护士品质的词频权重排序前三名的是:爱理不理、不负、护士。结论乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者腹胀问题突出,临床护理工作中应制定经济高效的治疗计划,对患者耐心,避免爱理不理的现象。

Objective To explore care need of cirrhotic patients with ascites. Methods This investigation recruited 60 hepatitis B associated cirrhotic patients with ascites. Patients were instructed to fill in a self-designed questionnaire survey. The data was analyzed by word frequency analysis software. Results The highest scores of top three word of patients＇ complaints were fatigue, abdominal distension and monthly. The highest scores of top three word frequency of patient-reported most bothersome symptoms were ascites, cirrhosis, abdominal distension. The top three requests when patients were hospitalization were care, nurse and treatment. The top threeattentions were： symptom,improve and economy. The top three words of good nurse image were： patient, love and nurse. The highest scores of top three words frequency of bad nurse image were： standoffish irresponsible and nurse. Conclusion The problem of abdominal distension in hepatitis B associated cirrhotic patients with ascites is prominent. An economical and efficient treatment plan should be made when focusing on providing services. Moreover we should be patient not to be standoffish.
