摘要
目的观察细节护理干预神经内科患者的护理效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月沈阳市第一人民医院神经内科就诊的患者60例,采用电脑随机分组的方法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用普通护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用细节护理干预,观察两组患者的住院满意度和焦虑自评量表(SAS)观察患者焦虑状态。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论细节护理可以明显提高患者满意度,改善患者焦虑状态。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in patients with neurological diseases. Methods From 60 cases of the first people＇s Hospital of Neurology from January 2016 to January 2017 in Shenyang city, with using the method of computer randomization were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in the control group, the normal nursing methods, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group based on the details of nursing intervention, observe two groups of patients patient satisfaction and self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） to observe the anxiety status of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Detail care can significantly improve patient satisfaction, improve patient anxiety.
