摘要
为了探究刮板输送机哑铃销易断裂的问题,通过实验与疲劳寿命分析相结合的方式对哑铃销进行研究;首先建立哑铃销的受力模型,利用Ansys对哑铃销进行有限元分析,得到应力分布结果;运用载荷测试系统对哑铃销加载实验研究,得到哑铃销在实际工作中的载荷数据;采用nCode DesignLife对提取危险区域最大载荷数据进行雨流计数和疲劳寿命分析,对其哑铃销的损伤云图和寿命循环次数进行了讨论。研究结果表明:哑铃销损坏是从哑铃销颈部应力集中最大区域形成的疲劳开始,当裂纹扩展区扩散到一定程度后到达疲劳断裂区,使整个哑铃销断裂。根据刮板输送机的工作条件得到哑铃销产生裂纹的时间为92天。为哑铃销的结构改进安装提供设计依据。
To explore the issue of easy breakage of the scraper conveyor dumbbell pin, through a combination of experimental research and fatigue analysis of dumbbell analysis. First,the force model of dumbbell pin was established,in which the pin used ANSYS dumbbell finite element was analyzed then the stress distribution results were obtained. By using the load testing system for the dumbbell pin,the loading data of dumbbell pin in the actual work were obtained; the n-Code Design Life was used to extract the maximum loading data of the dangerous area. And the rain flow counting and fatigue life analysis were carried out. The results show that: Dumbbell pin damage is from the dumbbell pin neck stress concentration of the largest region of the formation of fatigue,when the crack propagation area to a certain extent after the arrival of fatigue fracture zone,so that the entire dumbbell pin fracture. According to the working conditions of the scraper conveyor,the time of crack of the dumbbell pin is 92 days. The paper provides a design basis for the structure improvement of dumbbell pin.
