汽油加氢装置支撑平台载荷分析及优化设计

摘要 汽油加氢是石化生产中的重要加工工艺,其生产设备支撑平台多数采用钢结构形式,支撑平台的强度和刚度对生产安全至关重要。采用Ansys Workbench软件建立有限元模型,根据支撑平台实际受力情况,进行静载荷和地震动载荷响应分析,并对支撑平台进行优化设计,以支撑平台二层、三层H型钢轻量化和静载荷作用下的变形量小为优化目标,二层、三层H型钢的截面尺寸作为设计变量。优化后的支撑平台用钢量比优化前减少了16.8%,极大地降低了生产成本;同时支撑平台在地震动载荷作用下最大应力减少了4.2%。 Gasoline hydrogenation is an important processing technology in petrochemical production. The majority of supporting platforms of production equipment in the form of steel structure,which the strength and stiffness are very important to the production safety. The finite element model is established by ANSYS Workbench software. The static load and ground motion load response analysis are carried out according to the actual force of the support platform,and optimize the design of supporting platform. Regarding both the lower weight of the 2th and 3th layers of H type steel and lower value of the deformation which under static load as the objectives of optimizing design,and the section size of the 2th and 3th layers of H type steel as the design variable. Total amount of steel for supporting platform is reduced by 16. 8% than before,and the production cost reduced obviously. The stress value of the optimized frame steel structure which under the ground motion load is reduced by 4. 2%.
