摘要
针对某伺服系统在加载试验后滚珠丝杠副丝杠台阶轴断裂的情况,从硬度偏高、材料缺陷、加工工艺以及使用加载情况等方面对故障现象进行了分析和计算,最终确定断裂原因为电火花加工导致丝杠表面处于拉应力状态且存在许多微观裂纹,加之台阶轴内部螺纹锈蚀降低了承载面积,二者综合导致了零件的扭转断裂。针对该故障原因,给出了控制电火花加工规范、增加研磨和抛光等改进措施。
The stepped shaft of ball screw was breakaway after loading test of transmission mechanism. To solve this problem,analysis and calculations were carried out from higher hardness,material defect,machining process and experimental loading. The results show that electro discharge machining( EDM) causes tensile stress and microcosmic cracks on the surface microstructure. Meanwhile,thread corrosion of stepped shaft reduces the loaded area. As a result,torsional fracture of the stepped shaft happened. According to the result,improvement measures including process criterion of EDM control,grinding and polishing are proposed.
