脱敏止痒汤治疗儿童重度特应性皮炎疗效观察

目的:观察脱敏止痒汤治疗儿童重度特异性皮炎的疗效。方法:32例给予脱敏止痒汤治疗28天。结果:瘙痒及皮损较治疗前好转,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7天、14天、21天、28天总有效率分别为30%、47%、67%、87%。结论:脱敏止痒汤治疗儿童重度特应性皮炎疗效较好。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Tuomin Zhiyang Decoction in the treatment of severe atopic dermatitis in children. Method： 32 children with severe atopic dermatitis were treated with Tuomin Zhiyang Decoction for 28 days. Result： The variation of itch and skin lesions were improved significantly after the treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . The total effective rate was 30%, 47%, 67% and 87% respectively at the time point of 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days after treatment.Conclusions： Tuomin Zhiyang Decoction is effective in the treatment of severe atopic dermatitis in children.
