中西医结合治疗妊娠合并糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Pregnancy Associated with Diabetes Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗妊娠合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法:64例随机分为两组各32例,对照组用常规西医治疗,观察组用中西医结合方法治疗。结果:两组治疗后血糖均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组血糖低于对照组(P<0.05);不良妊娠结局发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗妊娠合并糖尿病能够控制血糖,减少并发症。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with diabetes. Method： 64 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. 32 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine while 32 cases in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Result： After treatment,the blood glucose of both groups was lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The blood glucose in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine could control blood glucose and reduce complications in treatment of pregnancy complicated with diabetes.
