Informationization,Market Segmentation and Rationalization of Industrial Structure

利用中国省际面板数据,考察信息化、市场分割以及二者的交互作用对产业结构合理化的影响和作用机理。研究表明,信息化对产业结构合理化有显著促进作用;市场分割则阻碍了产业结构合理化进程。另外,信息化能够从一定程度上缓解市场分割对产业结构合理化进程的阻碍作用。在我国市场化改革顺利推进但远未到位的现实条件下,信息化的"整合效应"能够"穿透"市场分割的藩篱,弱化市场分割在产业结构合理化进程中的负面影响。基于上述发现,为加速我国产业结构合理化进程,应积极推进信息网络技术的渗透和融合,同时进一步打破行政壁垒和地区分割,提高区域市场整合水平。

Based on panel data from 30 provincial districts of China in 2009-2013,the impact of informatization,market segmentation and the interaction of the two on the rationalization of industrial structure and its mechanism are examined.Informatization has a significant positive effect on the rationalization of industrial structure;Market segmentation hinders the rationalization of industrial structure; Informatization can alleviate the obstruction of market segmentation to the rationalization of industrial structure to a certain extent.Under the realistic condition that China＇s market-oriented reform is propelled successfully but not far in place,the ＂integration effect＂of informationization can ＂penetrate＂the barriers of market segmentation and weaken the negative impact of market segmentation in the rationalization of industrial structure.Based on the above findings,in order to speed up the process of rationalizing the industrial structure of our country,we should promote the infiltration and integration of information network technology,and further break the administrative barriers and regional division,which can improve the level of regional market integration.
