Alumni Economy:“Wuhan Model” and Its Reflection

现代城市发展演进,突出体现为以人力和人才资源为内核的知识经济、创新经济竞争。大学与城市互为伴生的特殊生态,为竞争提供了新的关系网络。校友经济成为现象级风口,不仅折射出经济发展转型过程中资智资源的稀缺,也体现了城市与大学的关系拓展。基于大学与城市经济互动关系视角,对湖北省武汉市发展校友经济进行了系统梳理,以期能为相关城市经济转型升级提供帮助。

With the development and evolution of modern cities,it is highlighted as a knowledge economy and innovative economic competition with human and human resources as the core.The special ecology that universities and cities accompany each other provides a new network of relationships for competition.The alumni economy has become a phenomenon-level facade,not only reflecting the scarcity of human resources in the process of economic development,but also enlightening us to explore the relationship between cities and universities.Based on the interaction between universities and urban economy,this paper systematically reviews the development of alumni economy in Wuhan,Hubei Province,in order to provide assistance for the transformation and upgrading of related cities.
