基于分层壳单元的钢管-双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙弹塑性有限元分析

摘要 钢管-双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙是将钢管混凝土剪力墙与钢板混凝土剪力墙结合的一种新型抗侧力构件。基于分层壳单元,采用有限元软件MSC Marc建立6片钢管混凝土剪力墙模型。通过钢筋应力与混凝土应变云图揭示钢管混凝土剪力墙在荷载作用下的微观受力状态;通过基底剪力-顶点位移曲线分析钢管混凝土剪力墙的承载力、延性及耗能能力。结果表明:钢管混凝土剪力墙有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。在钢管混凝土剪力墙模型基础上,又建立3片钢管-双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙模型对其进行分析,结果表明:基于空间分层壳单元的有限元模型能够有效模拟钢管-双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的非线性性能,在剪力墙结构地震下弹塑性分析方面具有一定参考意义。 Steel tube and double steel plate-concrete composite shear wall is a new type of lateral resistant component which is combined with steel tube concrete shear wall and steel plate concrete shear wall. MSC Marc was performed to simulate six steel tube concrete shear walls based on the multi-layer shell elements. The micro-mechanical states of steel reinforced concrete(SRC) under loads were revealed by stress of steel and strain of concrete. The bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation capacity of specimens were analyzed by base shear versus top displacement curve. The results from the simulation agreed well with those from the test. On the basis of steel tube concrete shear walls,three steel tube-double steel plate-concrete composite shear walls were established. Multi-layer shell elements could be utilized effectively to simulate the nonlinearity. It could provide a reference for the elastic-plastic analysis of shear walls in earthquake.
