摘要
以2层装配式钢结构住宅工程为依托,详细介绍了低层装配式钢结构住宅体系,该工程采用分层装配框架-支撑的结构系统,研发设计了新型的十字柱转换的梁柱连接节点和新型的装配式支撑片,楼板采用工厂预制钢筋桁架片的新型空腹密肋楼板;外围护系统采用在钢结构系统外侧外挂蒸压轻质混凝土板的形式,其梁柱被藏于墙内,不影响美观,施工方便快速。该体系具有受力简单、便于设计、利于工业化建造、施工周期短等优点。
Taking a two-story perfabricated steel residential building as an example,the low-rise steel structure residential system was introduced in detail. The project adopted a floor-by-floor assembled steel braced frame structure system,a new type of beam-column joint with cross conversion column and a new type of prefabricated bracing system were designed. The floorslab was made of a new type of hollow multi-ribbed floor with prefabricated rebar truss. The exterior enclosure system adopted ALC slabs which were hanged outside of the steel structure system. The beams and columns were hidden inside the wall,so as to avoid affecting the appearance,and the construction could be convenient and quick. The system had the advantages of simple force and short construction period,and it was easy to design and conducive to industrial construction.
