摘要
目的识别山东某公司麦芽糖醇项目一期扩建工程职业性有害因素存在情况,提出职业病危害的防护措施,为该建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收和职业病防治的日常管理提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法对项目职业病危害存在情况及程度进行研究与分析,针对严重程度提出整改措施,并将改造前后检测结果进行对比分析。结果项目产生和存在的主要职业病危害因素有化学因素(甲醇、一氧化碳)和物理因素(噪声、高温)。确定具有代表性的采样点17个,甲醇、一氧化碳检测结果均符合国家卫生标准,导热油炉厂房内高温不符合职业接触限值要求,超标比例为5.9%。部分岗位噪声不符合职业接触限值要求,超标比例为11.8%。整改后噪声、高温控制效果明显,但高温仍不符合卫生标准。结论项目存在高温、噪声职业性有害因素,对作业人员存在健康危害,通过整改效果明显,但整改后高温仍超标,应进一步加强高温防护措施。
[Objective]To identify the occupational hazard factors in the first phase extension maltitol project of a company in Shandong Province,put forward the protective measures against the occupational hazard,and provide a scientific basis for the completion and acceptance of occupational disease protection facilities in this project and daily management of occupational prevention and control.[Methods]Occupational health field investigation and occupational health inspection method were applied to study and analyze the status and extent of occupational hazards in the project,and the corrective measures were put forward according to the severity. The test results before and after transformation were compared and analyzed.[Results] The main occupational hazard factors in the project included chemical factors(methanol and carbon monoxide) and physical factors(noise and high temperature). 17 representative sampling points were determined. The detection results of methanol and carbon monoxide met national health standards,the high temperature in workplace of heat conduction oil furnace exceeded the requirement of the occupational exposure limit,and the exceeding standard ratio was 5.9%. The noise intensity of some posts did not meet the requirement of occupational exposure limit,and the exceeding standard ratio was 11.8%. After rectification,the noise and high temperature have been controlled effectively,but the high temperature still did not meet the hygienic standard.[Conclusion]There are the occupational hazards of high temperature and noise in this project,which have health hazards to the workers. The rectification effect is obvious,but the high temperature still exceeds the limit,and it is necessary to further strengthen the protective measures against high temperature.
