显微CT法研究中国人上颌第二前磨牙分支根管解剖形态

摘要 目的:应用显微CT扫描法研究中国人离体上颌第二前磨牙分支根管解剖形态。方法:收集100颗中国人上颌第二前磨牙,经显微CT扫描后构建根管系统三维可视化模型。观察并记录分支根管、根尖三角区发生情况,分析分支根管发生率、分布和开口特征。结果:共有86颗上颌第二前磨牙含有分支根管,发生率为86%;共记录到231个分支根管,其中93.94%发生于根尖1/3。分支根管开口于近中和远中方向的分别为27.71%和29%。根尖三角区的发生率为10%。结论:上颌第二前磨牙分支根管发生率高,根管系统形态复杂,了解其分支根管发生规律对于提高根管治疗成功率具有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate branch canal morphology in Chinese maxillary second premolars with microCT. Methods: One-hunderd maxillary second premolars were scanned by micro-CT and root canals were visualized by threedimentional reconstruction model. Branch canals and apical delta were recorded and incidence,distribution and exit opening direction of branch canals were analyzed. Results: Branch canals were recorded in eighty-six samples with an incidence of 86%. A total of 231 branch canals were recorded,93. 94% of branch canals located at the apical third. 27. 71% and 29%exit opening direction of branch canals were found at mesial and distal side,respectively. Incidence of apical delta was 10%.Conclusion: The root canal system of maxillary first premolars was complicated,with a high incedence of branch canals. It is crucial to get familiar with the branch canal morphology in order to improve the success rate of root canal treatment.
