维持性血液透析合并慢性牙周炎患者血清中IL-6水平的初步探查

Clinical significance of serum IL-6 changes in maintenance in hemodialysis with chronic periodontitis

目的:初步探查维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)合并慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)患者血清中IL-6水平的变化及其意义。方法:将30例MHD合并CP患者纳入MHD+CP组,随机选择同期未合并CP的MHD患者30例纳入MHD组,并选取与MHD患者年龄、性别相匹配的30例健康体检者纳入对照组。比较各组血清中IL-6水平及牙周指标(PD、AL、BI、CI)。结果:MHD+CP组、CP组的AL、PD、BI、CI均大于HP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MHD组的BI、CI均高于HP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MHD+CP组的AL、PD均大于CP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MHD+CP组的AL、PD、BI、CI均大于MHD组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MHD+CP、MHD组及CP组血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均明显高于对照组;且MHD+CP组中血清IL-6的含量明显高于MHD组及CP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MHD患者普遍存在微炎症状态,且血清中IL-6水平在MHD患者牙周炎的发生发展中具有重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of serum IL-6 changes in maintenance hemodialysis（ MHD） patients with chronic periodontitis（ CP）. Methods： Thirty MHD patients with CP were included in to the group of MHD ＋ CP,and 30 patients without CP were randomly selected into the MHD group,and 30 healthy person were included into the control group. The serum IL-6 levels and the periodontal indexes of PD,AL,BI and CI were compared. Results： The levels of AL,PD,BI and CI in MHD ＋ CP,MHD and CP groups were significantly higher than the HP group respectively（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of BI and CI in the MHD group were higher than the HP group respectively（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of AL and PD in MHD ＋ CP group were higher than the CP group respectively（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of AL,PD,BI and CI in MHD ＋ CP group were significantly higher than the MHD grouprespectively（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum IL-6 in MHD ＋CP group were significantly higher than the MHD group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The micro-inflammation is prevalence in MHD patients,and the serum IL-6 plays an important role in the development of chronic periodontitis in MHD patients.
