软性输尿管镜在肾结石治疗中的应用效果及安全性

Application effect and safety of flexible ureteroscope in treatment of kidney stone

目的分析软性输尿管镜在肾结石治疗中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择肾结石患者98例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组49例。对照组采用经皮肾镜取石术，观察组采用软性输尿管镜取石术。比较两组手术情况（手术时间、住院时间、住院费用），并发症发生率及血清相关指标（血肌酐与血红蛋白）水平。结果两组清石率比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组手术时间明显长于对照组，住院时间明显短于对照组，住院费用明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组血肌酐与血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论软性输尿管镜治疗肾结石安全、有效，有助于减少并发症发生率，加快术后恢复进程，减轻患者机体炎症反应，但术后需注意及时补充营养，以免影响康复。

Objective To analyze the application effect and safety of flexible ureteroscope in treatment of kidney stone. Methods A total of 98 patients with kidney stones were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated by percutaneons nephrolithotomy, and the observation group was treated by flexible ureteroscope nephrolithotomy. The surgical situations （operation time, hospital stays, hospitalization expense）, inci- dence of complications and serum indexes （serum creatinine, hemoglobin） were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the stone clearance rate between the two groups （P 〉 0.05） ; the operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization expense was less than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications in ob- servation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the lev- els of serum creatinine and hemoglobin in observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Soft ureteroscopy is safe and effective in the treat- ment of kidney stones. It can help reduce the incidence of complications, speed up the recovery process, and reduce the inflammatory response. However, it is necessary to pay attention to give nutritional sup- plements in time to avoid affecting recovery.
