摘要
围绕铝电解工艺对整流变压器的高可靠性要求,阐述了220k V整流变压器的空载直流电压、线圈布置、绝缘结构、抗短路能力、温升等几个关键问题的设计要点;并运用仿真软件对整流变压器的抗短路能力、温升进行了仿真计算;给出了空载直流电压、抗短路能力、阀侧钢结构件温升计算结果,计算结果满足了电解工艺对整流变压器高可靠性的要求。
Focusing on the high reliability requirements of rectifier transformers in aluminum reduction process, and the several key issues such as no - load DC voltage, coil layout, insulation structure, short - circuit withstand capability, and temperature rise of 220 kV rectifier transformers are described. The simulation software was used to simulate short - circuit withstand capability and temperature rise of the rectifier transformer. The calculation results of the no - load DC voltage, short - circuit withstand capability, and temperature rise of valve side steel structures are given and satisfy the high reliability re- quirements for the rectifier transformer.
