时域X射线激发荧光断层层析成像方法研究

摘要 目标为了能够在X射线激发荧光断层成像(XLCT)中同时重建荧光产率和荧光寿命参数分布,进行了时域XLCT方法研究。方法笔者提出了一种基于时间相关单光子计数(TCSPC)技术的时域XLCT方法 ,并建立了基于广义脉冲谱技术(GPST)的正向模型,通过数值模拟验证时域XLCT方法的可行性。结果能够同时获得荧光产率和荧光寿命参数分布,重建结果具有极高的重建精度和空间分辨率。结论仿真计算结果表明,对于多组分荧光基团,时域XLCT方法能够同时成功重建荧光产率和寿命参数。 Objective To reconstruct the fluorescence yield and lifetime distribution simultaneously in X-ray luminescence computed tomography(XLCT), and study the feasibility of time domain XLCT imaging. Methods The time-correlated single photon counting(TCSPC) technique based XLCT method was proposed, and generalized pulse spectrum teehnique(GPST) was applied in the time resolved XLCT forward model. The feasibility of time domain XLCT was verified by numerical simulation. Results Fluorescence yield and lifetime distribution images were reconstructed simultaneously with good accuracy and spatial resolution. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the fluorescence yield and lifetime parameter could be reconstructed simulta- neously for multi component fluorescent groups.
