深圳市2014—2016年男男性行为者HIV流行特征分析

Epidemic analysis of HIV/AIDS among MSM from 2014 to 2016 in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市2014—2016男男性行为者（MSM）艾滋病病毒（HIV）的流行特征,为针对该人群制定相应的预防控制措施提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统＂艾滋病综合防治信息系统＂下载数据,采用Excel数据库和SPSS 13.0软件对深圳市2014—2016年新报告的HIV阳性的MSM进行统计分析。结果2014—2016年,深圳市新报告HIV感染者中,MSM病例占总疫情的53.4%（3 461/6 486）。3 461例MSM病例中16~29岁年龄组占53.7%（1 860例）,未婚占77.7%（2 688例）,大专及以上文化程度占34.4%（1 189例）,非本市户籍人口占85.8%（2 968例）,现住址在港澳台的占17.6%（610例）。MSM病例主要通过VCT和性病门诊发现,占57.4%（1 987例）。MSM病例中有性病史的占20.8%（720例）,有异性性行为史的占10.8%（373例）,同性性伴中位数为3人。结论 MSM是深圳市HIV感染的最主要人群,MSM病例以青壮年为主,未婚者居多,文化程度较高,且存在多性伴及双性性行为等高危行为。应对年轻和跨境的MSM给予较多关注,加大对MSM的HIV及性病的筛查力度,减少二代传播。

Objective To understand the characteristics of AIDS epidemic among men who have sex with men（MSM）in Shenzhen and provide effective evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategies.Methods The data of the newly reported case of HIV/AIDS among MSM from 2014 to 2016 in Shenzhen were analyzed by Excel and SPSS13.0.Results There were 3 461 MSM HIV positive cases reported accounting for 53.4%（3 461/6 486）of the total HIV positive cases.53.7%（1 860/3 461）were people aged 16-29 years old.34.4%（1 189/3 461）had the education level of college or above.85.8%（2 968/3 461）were floating population and 17.6%（610/3 461）living in Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan.57.4%（1 987/3 461）were detected from VCT and STD clinics.20.8%（720/3 461）were infected with STD and 10.8%（373/3 461）had sex with female.The median number of their homosexual partners was 3.Conclusion MSM is the main group of HIV/AIDS in Shenzhen.The characteristics of MSM include the young age,unmarried and those with higher education background.Some of them have homosexual partners and bisexual intercourse.More attention should be paid to young and cross-border MSM.Screening of HIV and STDS among MSM must be increased so as to preventthe secondary transmission of HIV.
