“平安一号”模式初步应用效果

Effect of community-based drug treatment and rehabilitation center

目的分析＂平安一号＂模式的应用效果,探索其在改善受治患者回归社会以及社会接受度的作用。方法由疾病预防控制中心及公安系统牵头,依托美沙酮门诊建立社区戒毒社区康复服务站——＂平安一号＂。通过该组织开展定期家访、心理咨询、生活帮扶等活动;同时协调其他力量为参加治疗者提供必要的社会支持服务。结果截止到2017年3月28日,＂平安一号＂共接收345名社区康复患者;2014年至2017年4月,累计向184人提供美沙酮门诊服务;有11名海洛因过量的同伴获得了纳洛酮急救;通过工作技能培训有65人找到了工作。结论＂平安一号＂社区戒毒社区康复模式作为一种新型的社区戒毒社区康复模式,在患者社区戒毒及回归社会上发挥了一定的作用,是一种可借鉴的社区戒毒社区康复模式。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂safe harbour＂-a community-based drug treatment and rehabilitation center,to know its innovation of management and advantages for the drug users.Methods The ＂ safe harbour＂ was set up jointly by the local CDC and public security department,relying on methadone clinics for the community rehabilitation of the drug users.In addition to methadone treatment,the center also provided integrated social support services such as regular home visits,psychological counseling,and other support as needed by working together with other organizations.Results By the end of March,2017,a total of 345 drug users received the integrated services provided by＂safety harbour＂,in which 184 drug users received methadone treatment;consistently from 2014 to 2017.11 drug users with heroin overdose were provided with naloxone for first aid.65 drug users got employed due to the training of job skills in the center.Conclusion ＂ Safe harbour＂ is a new type of communitybased rehabilitation model,which plays positive roles for drug users to be accessible to the treatment,and other social services so as to make them return to society.It is necessary to scale up in the community.
