摘要
为实现电动机特性教学的系统化、便捷化、直观化,以达到高效教学的目的,设计了基于Matlab/GUI的电动机特性虚拟实验平台,包括电动机特性参数设定、Simulink集成化仿真、数据读取以及特征曲线显示等功能模块。虚拟平台可同时实现对直流电动机、异步电动机和同步电动机等多种电动机特性的仿真。以三相异步电动机为例,重点阐述了其能耗制动特征在平台上的功能实现及可视化过程,并以区域模块的形式将运行结果集中显示在平台界面上。结果表明,该平台直观便捷、实用性强,对提高电动机特性分析的效率、提升电机专业课程的教学效果具有一定的意义。
In order to conveniently systematically and observably analyze motor characteristics,to reach the purpose of efficient teaching,a virtual experiment platform for motor characteristics is designed based on Matlab/GUI. The platform can complete motor characteristic parameter setting,integrated simulation,data fast reading and characteristic curve display. The virtual platform can realize the simulation of DC motor,induction motor and synchronous motor. Taking three-phase asynchronous motor as an example,this paper focuses on the function realization and visualization process of the energy consumption and braking feature on the platform,and the result is displayed on the platform interface by the form of regional modules. The result shows that this platform is intuitive,convenient and practical,and has a certain significance to improve the efficiency of the motor analysis and enhance the teaching effect.
