摘要 江南大学经济管理综合训练中心借助实验条件建设、质量工程和教学改革等项目链优化实验教学资源,建立基于体验式的经管类虚拟仿真"三创"实践教学体系和实训平台,探索"以虚促实,虚实耦合"的实践教学路径,实现学、仿、研、训的教学过程。从学科专业角度,构建"实践共同体",激发学生学习动机,提高学生学习原动力,实现学生"知识、能力、素质、精神"的内在统一,培养具有"全球视野、行业特色和创新理念"的复合型人才。 Project chain of the Economic Management Comprehensive Training Center from Jiangnan University is made up of the experimental conditions creation,quality engineering and the teaching reform and so on. The chain has optimized the construction of experimental teaching resources. Based on the experience,the center has also built a virtual simulation,practice teaching platform and system. The teaching,simulating,researching and training from the teachers and the students,can be finished by the system and platform for corresponding administration and experiential teaching mode. The virtual simulation can be promoted and the reality can be coupled by the platform. The practical community has also been built to motivate the students’ learning,to improve students’ learning motility and to build the intrinsic unity of spirit,knowledge,ability and quality. The inter-disciplinary talent with the global vision,industry characteristics and innovation concept for economic society,will be provided finally.
